Throughout history, attempts to attain Black wealth have been stifled by racially motivated acts of violence ,such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.history.com\/news\/black-wall-street-tulsa-race-massacre\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.history.com\/news\/black-wall-street-tulsa-race-massacre\">The Tulsa Massacre<\/a><sub>2<\/sub> and discriminatory laws, policies, and practices that continue to impact Black wealth today<sub>3<\/sub>.
